The North Atlantic region of a leading specialty food retailer, Whole Foods, had multiple store sites, multiple product sites and multiple team sites. The organization was looking for a consistent site architecture and common business functionality across all of their LOBs.

Infilabs set up a strong foundation by creating a flexible and simpler information architecture, site navigation and branding across all the sites. A robust SharePoint content management platform was set up with Author/ Approve/ Publish workflows. Best practices and a detailed governance model was provided as part of the handoff.

The Sales department of State Street had thousands of documents and gigabytes of content distributed across multiple sources like shared drives, network drives, etc. Sales content was not accessible, hard to discover, not consistently formatted, and was often transmitted and stored via email attachments.
